ExpiryOS provides POS-independent inventory tracking and markdown management for grocery and perishable retailers. You import inventory via spreadsheet upload or manual entry — no POS integration required.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of inventory data you upload or enter. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to bypass any security measures.
Our service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
ExpiryOS is provided "as is". We are not liable for any lost revenue, pricing errors at your point of sale, or other damages arising from the use of our software.
